{"id":3080,"date":"2019-09-06T08:59:43","date_gmt":"2019-09-06T06:59:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mo-di-tec.33degres.fr\/historique-de-la-societe-2\/"},"modified":"2024-02-21T15:10:55","modified_gmt":"2024-02-21T14:10:55","slug":"company-history-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mo-di-tec.fr\/en\/company-history-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Company history"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The story\n        \nbegan in 1981 when Richard Diaz, with his technical\n        \nexpertise in the field of plastics processing, opened his\n        \nModitec sales office in Bron, in the Rh\u00f4ne region, within the\n        \nfamily home.\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Four years later, the company embarked on a new stage in its business with the creation of the first low speed grinder (25 rpm) with the arrival of the GOLIATH range.\n         The firm became the limited company Moditec Manipulation Plastique.\n         <\/p>\n\n<p>This new generation of grinders guarantees perfect pellet quality, with virtually no dust and little wear.\n         Low speed technology makes recycling quieter, requires less energy and is suitable for grinding hard plastics and technical materials directly at the base of the machine.\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Richard Diaz\n        \nsubsequently joined forces with Gilles Dutour, who had a\n        \nbackground in sales, in an effort to increase exports.\n         \nThe company also offers a range of conventional\n        \ngrinders (BM blade grinders) to extend the products it offers.\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>\nAfter moving\n        \nto new premises in Marennes, in addition to its broad range of grinders,\n        \nModitec differentiates itself from its competitors by offering\n        \nan innovative system: double opening of the grinder cutting\n        \nchamber.\n         An undeniable technical advantage, making it easier to\n        \nclean, service, and maintain the grinder.\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Then\n        \nas part of its growth phase, Moditec develops a patented\n        \nMasher system designed\n        \nfor grinding very large plastic parts.\n        <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-2-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"238\" height=\"240\" src=\"https:\/\/mo-di-tec.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/produit-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mo-di-tec.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/produit-2.jpg 238w, https:\/\/mo-di-tec.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/produit-2-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 238px) 100vw, 238px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p> Another worldwide patented innovation once again sets the company apart: the IMD (Integrated Metal Detection) system.\n         This unique concept helps prevent damage should a metal part (ferrous or non-ferrous material) fall into the cutting chamber.\n         As soon as a part is detected, the grinder&#8217;s rotor stops almost immediately.\n         The benefits are clear: the grinder is protected, the material is kept free of any contamination and the injection process is optimised.\n         <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>By\n        \navoiding a prolonged stoppage of the machine and significant repair\n        \ncosts, productivity is maintained.\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>Mo-di-tec\n        \ndevelops, designs and produces grinders for a network of around 600\n        \ncustomers and covers numerous business sectors including automotive\n        \nequipment suppliers and the household\n        \nappliances, electronics and, even, pharmaceutical\n        \nindustries.\n        <\/p>\n\n<p>36 distributors represent the brand worldwide.\n        <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The story began in 1981 when Richard Diaz, with his technical expertise in the field [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3080","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
