This new patented concept has been developed to prevent significant damage should metal parts fall into the cutting chamber.
As soon as this system detects a metal part (by contact between two zones in the cutting chamber), the grinder’s rotor stops immediately: the response time is 40 milliseconds. The reason for the stop is displayed immediately to the operator on the box’s LCD screen.

- Productivity is maintained (production is only stopped for the cutting chamber to be cleaned)
- A major saving on repair costs (cutting chamber, feeders and moulds)
- This system is available as an option for the GOLIATH Plus and GOLIATH TWIN Plus ranges: managed by a PLC, including the ABS system, or by a PCB.
